Very pleased with what Unit2Go achieved for us

Would just like to say thank you to the team at Unit 2 Go for what has turned out to be an excellent outcome. In July 2016 we decided to put a new dwelling on a site we purchased at Coatesville to house my youngest son and his pregnant partner. We looked long and hard at many options and decided to go with Unit 2 Go as their kitset homes perfectly suited the landscape, their pricing was very competitive and most importantly they were able to offer a very reasonable timetable. After some discussion, we decided to run with partial kitset and partial on-site build as access was reasonably difficult. This was foreign territory for Unit 2 Go as their base was in the south of Auckland and we were well north. While they probably had their issues in getting labour up to our site this did not prove to be prohibiting in any sense and the job was completed in good time and with the minimum of fuss. When we met Mark on site he gave us some good ideas that we followed and the result has been a great fit with house and surrounding bush. While I decided to undertake applications with the Council myself, Mark and Bryan provided excellent support and were most helpful in ensuring we gained the necessary Consents in a timely manner. My son and his partner were overseas during the build and the aim was to have it all completed for them to move in. We were probably a little ambitious but it was not long after they arrived back in NZ that they were moving in. The house fits in beautifully with the surrounding environment and the kids are over the moon with their new “digs”. We have all been very pleased with what Unit2Go achieved for us and all in good time and on budget, despite the moving target set by my son’s partner and my wife😊 We would not hesitate to recommend Unit2Go if you are looking to add a new dwelling that is competitively priced and very comfortable to live in.
